The Softening: Breaking through the Armor
Sometimes we devote energy to building walls for protection, but those same walls block the flow of our greatest gifts. In The Softening, we practice the brave art of “un-protecting.” By focusing on forgiveness and receptivity, we use fluid movement and the breath to dissolve the “armor” of the ego. We’ll end with a guided meditation to continue softening into the flow of life that wants to move beautifully to and through you.
