Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, a standard size pillow case as a bolster cover, a journal, and something to write with.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable to move in. This is a gentle yoga session and there will also be a portion of seated meditation, so bring a light layer or shawl in case there’s a draft in the room.
Is this just for women?
This workshop is for all genders.
I don’t have much experience with yoga or meditation, but this feels really interesting. Can I come?
Yes! There will be modifications with the movements so that every ability can enjoy the flow together. As for the meditation, if sitting still or lying down aren’t a problem, then you’re good there, too!
